Heres what you need:
1 egg
pan
olive oil, or butter
salt and pepper
Heres how I did it:
1) Put the oil in the pan and turn the heat to low
2) Crack the egg into the pan, add a little salt and pepper, cover
3) Wait until the egg starts to sort of bubble and it looks "flappy"
4) Flip it and salt and pepper the other side cook for a few seconds
5) Eat and enjoy!
