Spinach Triangles

I learned how to make these spinach triangles in my ninth grade cooking class when I went to Australia for six months I made some of my own tweaks to this recipe to make it my own.

What you need:
1 package filo dough
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 package frozen spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Take filo dough and spinach out of the freezer and thaw
3. Mix together all of the cheeses and bread crumbs also add spinach gradually while stirring.
4. Take 2 pieces of filo dough, fold it in half (hot dog style) and in half again.
5. Put the cheese and spinach mixture on the corner of the dough and fold in a triangle shape and repeat until the end of the dough
6. Break the egg in a bowl beat with a fork take a cooking brush and brush the top of the spinach triangle.
7. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes let cool
and ENJOY
