Here's what you'll need:
1 pie crust unsweetened
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
big handful of spinach
1/2 cup of feta cheese
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2) In a large bowl add the eggs, and cream, mix.
3) Add spinach, and feta mix together until all combined.
4) Place pie crust in pie plate, smooth (or you can buy the frozen ones already pre made)
5) Add quiche mixture to pie plate
6) Place in oven, bake for 35-45 min or until egg mixture set.
7) Cut like a pizza and enjoy!
Tip: You can really put anything you'd like in quiche with this same general ingredients (eggs and cream). Ive made a ham and swiss one, bacon and cheese, broccoli cheese. Really any combination you like go for it. .
