Sugar Free Whip Cream

So I have been really craving whip cream to go on top of my ice cream but I didnt want to run out and go buy it, but then I remembered I had some heavy whipping cream left over from the quiche I made! So then I decided to make my own, But then I realized I didn't have sugar. I just ended up using vanilla and it was actually really yummy!

Here's what you need:

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla


1) Either use a mixer or if you dont have one do it the old fashion way, Wisk it yourself which is what I did and let me tell you my arm got tired but I just pushed thorugh.
2) Wisk until you get stiff peaks (or when you flip the bowl over it doesnt move) 
3) Add it on top of your favorite ice cream or just eat it plain for a sweet treat.
4) Enjoy!
